It's far more intuitive, is developed with enterprise implementation considered, and is great for medium to large sized brands with a large digital and social presence across various platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Their client support is phenomenal
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cost to implement and lead time to implementation
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely do your due diligence and make sure you are not overspending on a solution that is bigger and more complex than you need for your respective business needs.
