What differentiates Groove from other similar products?

Its built with SFDC connective tissue, can have any SFDC field .... create opps, contactss etc.. meeting scheduler too ( dont need calendly or chili piper ) no separate database or sync needed

High assurance for SFDC Admin is not supported

What differentiates Groove from other similar products?

The Salesforce native integration is unique in that it helps with data leakage and improves the quality of data input in general which then of course enhances any AI intelligence accuracy when it comes to forecasting and intuitive predictability.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The seamless usability between features and how ease and intuitive of a product it is for anybody to use regardless of how tech savy they are. Comparing to Salesloft for instance that makes it difficult for more seasoned less tech-savy sales people to use, this was simple for those more senior reps to pick up quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The conversation intelligence could use some work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While this doesn't have the reputation, YET, like Outreach and others (Salesloft is a hard pass from my POV and not sure how it gets any relevant looks) give this a serious look if you're in the midst of assessing new sales software.

What differentiates Groove from other similar products?

Groove is our main tool for sales management and increased sales productivity, allowing our managers to increase sales revenue for each of our agents by facilitating and automating processes that allow more time to create strategies, in addition to providing other tools that allow clear projections of how they will be handled in the near future.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sales flows are segmented according to requirements which greatly facilitates projections of production and distribution of products to different areas of the world. Extensive reporting is maintained on customer or potential customer relationships and all their interactions, keeping a constant record of interpersonal relationships with customers. The way in which meetings can be scheduled without resorting to other tools is extremely useful to us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bit annoying that the recent activity graphs include emails that have not been sent, therefore, they should not be included in the statistics, or should be reflected in a different way as it can be confusing. It is not possible so far to make a custom configuration in the calendar which can sometimes be annoying when we need to make small adjustments to the dates we manage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Groove is a comprehensive and well-developed solution to maintain our connection with customers through an automated communication system, where we do not have to worry about making different forms of contact but rather centralize all information and promotions or information in one place. The tool has an extremely intuitive overall usability and its customer service department meets our expectations.
