The dashboard capabilities

What do you dislike most about this product?

The email schedule option doesnt seem to always work and it's never clear if it's an issue with looker or the recipient's email

User friendly. Extremely customizable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Other BI tools offer a more new-school approach in their displays and dashboards. Drag-and-drop feature is a missing feature in designing dashboards. Their "click-and-drop" approach is weird.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
