What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
To put it simply, Gong just works. Everything from its ease of use to its insane intuitive automation. One of the strongest tools I use for project and time management.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cross collaboration accessibility. It's very easy to communicate work along side peers, leadership, and other departments of our org.
What do you dislike most about this product?
None come to mind.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My only recommendation would be making it easier to find follow up notes (the feature that is currently in beta). This is a life savor when having multiple calls a day, just wish it was little easier to get back to.

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
Gong provides insights far in-depth than any other tools in the market. For call analysis with the vendors, Gong is a tool which can be relied on for its breadth of features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gong makes it easy to share the call recording or the snippets, I can also divide the call into different segments, also I can extract notes from the text transcribe.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It focuses on talk ratio as the quality indicator of call, I think there will be calls where talking more makes absolute sense.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s a standout call coaching tool, very effective and provides detail analysis of the call contents.
