What differentiates Gainsight Customer Success from other similar products?
While i did used products similar to GainSight, but they were not as extensive as this software is. To answer this in one word, then GainSight is very extensive, a complete set of tool, a one stop solution to manage your customer-business relationship. Most importantly for me, visualizing insights from the data generated is very important and GainsSight full-fills this requirement very well. The product is been updated on regular basis based on the requirement and feedback of its users, which makes it stand out and very much helpful in todays rapidly changing information age.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
GainSight is very extensive and i am still exploring lot of new tools and features in it. But at present, what I like most in this software is the scoring system. Its very powerful feature to get so much important information in a very easy way. Most importantly since its real-time, making decisions for business growth becomes very easy, we get more time to take a particular action from the result. And since this data is presented in a very intuitive way, using different graphs and charts, this makes it a very helping tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As i have been using this product for a while now, and there is still lot more to explore in it. I dont think there is anything to be disliked about this product. Its a powerful and very helpful tool. But I would also like to mention my personal experience, when i started with this product in early days, the learning curve was a little high for me and since its very extensinve, it felt over-whelming initially, even at some point i felt, this is an unnecessary product as the tasks can be achieved using simple methods and this tool is wasting my time. But once you start using it and get a good grasp of this tool, you will never go back.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A very important tip I would like to give to a new users is to be patient and learn the tool with examples. Give some time to understand the tool and try to find the perticular feature from the product which will help you to achieve your task. At initially it will for sure going to feel over whelming, but learning only the feature which is useful to you is the key to get better at this product. For this you can take the help of the support team and the tutorial lessons. Once you get a good grasp of the tools, you will realize that, it will save your lot of time compared to your previous methods and also GainSight will be much more reliable.
