What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

The software's ease of use is fantastic, but what I enjoy best is how the Freshworks team has marketed Freshsales as a really refreshing sales CRM. The customer lifecycle management system (CRM) may be used from the initial contact with a potential client all the way through the sale of a product or service. Integrations for extending one's reach to potential customers. For the first stages of prospecting, they also provide the Sales Campaign functionality for tailored sales campaigns.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are an organization that forms alliances with other companies, ranging from Postal Centers to Co-working spaces. We've been using Freshsales to manage our sales pipeline and monitor our sales team's performance for some time now. Freshsales is also used while communicating with a potential customer. In addition to conventional means of contact like email and telephones, it also supports more modern methods like instant messaging programs like WhatsApp. Furthermore, we generate reports, such as sales activity reports, with the help of Freshsales. Everything you need to aid your sales staff is included.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can imagine most businesses and their teams benefiting from utilizing Freshsales, even though my own organization's demands are pretty straightforward in comparison to those of larger enterprises and other sectors. There is nothing I don't like about it, but there are many more functions I have no interest in using because my needs are so basic. The additional features are conveniently hidden from view so they won't get in the way if I ever decide I need them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In addition to its usefulness as a management tool, the service's low price, user-friendliness, and adaptability to different business needs make it a great option for any company. This is because the service enables you to provide your employees with a convenient, secure, and hassle-free way to do their jobs, which in turn strengthens your company's relationships with its employees and the loyalty of its customers.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

Before, I kept track of everything related to sales on an Excel sheet, which was a bit of a pain but within my control; however, I'm looking for a way to replace that cumbersome method with something more efficient, user-friendly, and collaborative. With the help of Freshsales's support team, I was able to quickly and efficiently resolve my concerns and begin using their platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciated their user-friendly interface, which included contextual help in the form of helpful tooltips. While setting up the complete system takes only a few minutes on any device, I still need to link my inbox so that it can import my contacts' email addresses into the sales dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A little pricey for a startup, and there are several issues with the freshcaller/freshdesk integration. Some users have experienced an overload of incorrect properties while exporting to an Excel sheet, however the problem is easily fixed by the helpful support staff.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's easy to add new tasks, manage different kinds of projects, and keep track of and organize our staff with the help of FreshSales, making it a useful programmer for planning and controlling our project.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

Since it can be customized, is user-friendly for recruits, and has uses in sales, marketing, and recruiting, the web-based component is essential. Fresh is one of the most capable and user-friendly software systems we've found for our sales team. The interface worked well for the employees and was easy to set up.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Email monitoring records the times an email has been opened, its frequency, and the relevant time stamp. Another noteworthy feature is the capability to send a bulk email with a single click to the entire database. With analytics for opens, bounces, and clicks on the shared URL, it is noteworthy that the emails are recorded in your email account as individual emails to each recipient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The technology is easy to understand, but it is challenging to use. The open setup and limitless customization would be too much for even seasoned users to handle. Relationship management experts at Freshsales had less influence on this product than the site designers and engineers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For mobile teams that need information or input while moving around or who need the same "on the fly," the mobile app features are a huge treat. I can remain on top of all the work in the system and manage client expectations efficiently thanks to the task reminders that sync with the calendar and phone reminders.
