My Experience With Freshworks CRM

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

Freshworks CRM is very resourceful and it is easily scalable. This is not common with competitors, unless you are paying more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that the tool handles both CRM and also offer Sales Engagement Features While it my look complex, understanding and learning how to use the tool takes no time. Customizing, scaling, managing and deploying the tool is easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Freshworks CRM has been very helpful and I can barely list any cons.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Freshworks CRM works excellently as a CRM solution and I highly recommend it. It also comes at a good price considering what other vendors are offering

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

Freshworks CRM has a telephony feature, where people reach out to the respective players, and they issue their concerns. Freshworks CRM has mobility, and online base, which makes it global, and more convenient. Freshworks CRM keeps on developing the analytical capabilities, making our firm more responsible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the success rate of Freshworks CRM , where numerous marketing and CRM roles are well conducted. Further, Freshworks CRM issues a platform for lead management, and communication, through emailing and telephony.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Freshworks CRM is an intellectual program, latest with the CRM capabilities, and no discrimination in subscription. Nothing operative or functional that misses from Freshworks CRM .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Customers relation is crucial, and Freshworks CRM is a product that guarantees this, from lead management, to marketing, and even supported sales. The credibility of this program is crucial in keeping your business on the map.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

Every time we bring anyone for training it is easier to handle the system compare to other CRM we have used before. We are able to do so much more at a lower price with Freshworks. It has a user-friendly interface and simple to use. Support is good and responsive to every technical query we had. It is flexible and we can regularly change it to fit our needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Freshsales CRM has enabled us to measure our conversation rates and know which leads went from sign-up to demo. to closing. Our Sales Rep have now a better understanding of where leads are coming from and how they are progressing and this helps them know where to shift their focus moe to drive more sales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When analyzing large data sets it can be tedious.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We are able to gather enough data about leads with Freshworks and analyze them to close more deals. Our experience with the product has been fantastic and i would not hesitate to recommend it for other users to use it.
