A great product!

What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?

Covalence is a feature rich software from a company that continues to innovate. It's easy to configure, simple to deploy and so straight forward to centrally manage through the web interface. There is no noticeable overhead on the endpoint and the latest anti-tamper feature provides even greater security. The endpoint agent works perfectly and behaves impeccably with the endpoint and other applications. The endpoint device review is another great feature. It presents your endpoint inventory with the risk factors in a single consolidated view that you can drill down into and get a better understanding of what needs to be addressed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love this product because it does exactly what Field Effect said it would do. I know this because we put it to the test! We intentionally introduced a malicious file to an Covalence protected endpoint. The machine was immediately isolated from the network by Covalence. The IT Service team received text and email ARO alerts and this was followed up with a phone call from the Field Effect SOC. I joke that the only way this test could have been better was if they had set endpoint on fire! Covalence is our 24/7 cyber security team member, always on, always watching even when we aren't.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really have no dislikes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
