What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?
Comprehensive and effective threat detection, mitigation and remediation is table stakes for any vendor who expects to compete in the MDR space. Field Effect has separated from their competitors by developing a cutting edge platform that is easy to understand and implement and without requiring committed resources to monitoring and managing the service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Working with their staff is always surprisingly quick and pleasant. Those of us in the early-stage startup companies get quite jaded when dealing with vendors as they rarely are interested in putting much energy into clients with fewer than 100 employees. Not so with Field Effect – they always treat us with the same careful consideration and willingness to work with us, despite our contract size.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some days when the volume of AROs feels like a bit much, but they have put controls in place that allow the admin to filter some of these more appropriately.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
First - get some demos from direct competitors then schedule a call with the Field Effect team to better understand the ease of implementation and use of the platform. And, just as important, get to know some of the individuals who will be providing the onboarding, training, and support of your MDR environment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the most valuable aspects of Field Effect MDR is its ability to filter out noise and focus solely on delivering actionable alerts. organizations are often overwhelmed by an abundance of alerts and notifications from various systems the ARO system is great to detect things we forgot about or major flaw a client has. The Aro System feature saves valuable time and resources for Us, enabling us to focus on addressing real threats rather than sifting through countless false positives or low-risk notifications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No live chat support in the portal. Always have to communicate with them by Email. Need to be more communicative with Update about the product. (Agent, features etc..)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't hesitate. They are competent, fast and reliable. They also have Multilanguage support.
