What differentiates Drift Conversation Cloud from other similar products?

I no longer have to behave like a robot, which is the nicest thing about Drift. I can't even begin to describe how glad I am whenever I speak with a prospective lead on Drift, without worrying about how to behave like an automaton. The vendor is super helpful, and working with them is simply a wonderful experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Drift surpassed my expectations in terms of the variety of capabilities it offers and the ease with which we can create chatbots. We have created bespoke audiences using its interaction capabilities by offering our visitors personalized chat experiences. Its Salesforce integration is the worthiest feature that helps us in sending only appropriate discussions to Salesforce so that they may be rapidly converted into prospects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Despite the fact that I encounter issues frequently, the support team was available at all times and quickly provided a solution. I really adore this instrument just for the fact that it can assist me in meeting my quota.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Compared to its competitors, Drift appears to be a superior chatbot software that not only helps you engage with visitors but also gives you the option to transmit a video. That is an excellent method to deliver a personalized message to draw in a new visitor to your site and distinguish yourself apart from the competitors.
