What differentiates Drift Conversation Cloud from other similar products?

for other platforms, Drift's customer support team is a joy to work with, and is always there to quicky help. I am in the Drift platform every day both in the application having conversations and creating/editing playbooks.

Drift Conversation Cloud allows us to have inbound conversations with prospects or customers. Drift gives us the power to find out how we can help customers in the most effective and easy way.
