What differentiates Drift Conversation Cloud from other similar products?
It stands out from similar applications because it is incredibly simple to operate and is an excellent choice for those who are in charge of maintaining a record of leads. It is incredibly simple to keep track of and communicate with those individuals who are now visiting your website.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Drift Conversation Cloud chatbot functionality has proven to be the most useful in terms of interacting with visitors to our website. We may assign unique playbooks to visitors from various marketing channels. The playbook overview dashboard shows the number of visits, discussions, and emails associated with each playbook. A/B tests and playbooks may be created on the fly during our fortnightly meetings with our Drift account managers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Due to Drift Conversation Cloud tracking restrictions, you should use separate URLs for each metric you care about tracking. You may designate particular discussions with certain tags to aid analytics a little. There aren't many alternatives to the default chatbot icon if you decide you want to change it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For its simplicity and ability to monitor website traffic, I highly suggest this tool.

What differentiates Drift Conversation Cloud from other similar products?
With a single tool named Drift, we can target particular companies with targeted messages and also can build unique chat experiences for users depending on a variety of factors for example the page they're on, how often they've visited, and how they got to our site.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
From my perspective, it's a stunning design. I've tried it on various mobile devices and every one of them surprised me with its performance. Following are the aspects that I adore most,1. Advanced tag-based and attribute-based bot and automation capabilities. 2. Live prospect viewing on our website combined with direct web chat communication. Their customer assistance feature is also attractive and helpful because they are always ready to help us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When Drift is overly automated, it may annoy visitors to our website who are looking for rapid answers and want to speak to a live person. I frequently experienced problems with other chat widgets where the information wasn't always presented appropriately.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you get it I believe you can use it efficiently, building the conversation flow. Drift is usually pretty simple, enabling you to quickly roll up new bots. Drift also has built-in support chat, so whenever I need assistance, I can get the product specialists straight immediately.

What differentiates Drift Conversation Cloud from other similar products?
In my opinion, Drift is a tool that enables the user to interact with consumers in the same way a shop staff would. Using Drift, our pre-sales team can communicate with prospective site visitors while they are still on-site. Drift is a powerful tool for snatching site visitors while they are still exploring your area.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Drift is not only user-friendly but also has a wide variety of settings that allow us to fine-tune our chat sessions. When it comes to integrating with our CRM and other external systems, everything runs well and takes no maintenance. Drift's usefulness is greatly enhanced by its integrations. The Salesforce connectivity allows us to keep tabs on the potential impact of opportunities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The inability to copy my chat history from one app to another is a significant annoyance. Although this feature is still being created, there is currently no simple method to examine any missed chats or talks. The ability to see the agent and team name when seeing discussion rates on a Playbook level would be helpful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We choose Drift because it's a reliable and user-friendly live chat technology that will help us achieve our aim of providing the best customer service possible. Rather than relying on antiquated means of customer service like email and phone, Drift allows companies to meet clients where they are and provide instant, real-time help.
