What differentiates Drift Conversation Cloud from other similar products?
Its convenience and simplicity conceal its distinctiveness. Building the conversation flows was really easy after we mastered the Drift platform, allowing us to swiftly launch new bots. Overall, Drift is a fantastic product that accomplishes every task we need it to, but the reality that using it is enjoyable makes it even more appealing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Setting up a chatbot and getting real leads is extremely simple with Drift. Drift also has built-in support chat, so whenever I need assistance, I can get in touch with a member of their team of product specialists straight immediately. They are engaged and responsive at all times. The effectiveness of our chat agents can also be readily and deeply evaluated with Drift.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We're always informed that a development demand has been made, but there's no method of knowing when we'll achieve the tiny improvement we're hoping for to offer a better, more enjoyable chat experience on our website. While comparing different chat programs, its pricing was the essential thing to consider.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
