What differentiates Drift Conversation Cloud from other similar products?
We use Drift primarily to assist people to locate the ideal position at our company and for our culture page. Because we have a very particular ICP, we use it for our sales playbook to screen applicants for our sales staff.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Drift is a very effective tool for turning website traffic into discussions. Amazing features offered by Drift include drift profiles, meetings, chatbots, videos, live visitor chat, and connectors with a variety of other platforms, such as Marketo and Salesforce. The owner/administrator view is fairly simple to comprehend. It helps us prioritize our leads, our efforts, and our time by telling us which leads to focus on first and engage with later. Its live dashboard is truly amazing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform has a lot to offer, which is excellent, but it also takes some effort and time to learn everything. Be prepared for a learning curve. But everything will be resolved with the assistance of Drift's onboarding staff. We benefited from it, and it was well-organized.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You have the chance to receive training from their academy. Wonderful platform and content to start using. It assisted in generating more inbound leads for the scheduling of demos. In a short period of time, lead development and conversation move to a sales development representative.

What differentiates Drift Conversation Cloud from other similar products?
To help clients quickly locate what they want, we are using Drift. Additionally, we want to be reachable to clients who want to communicate with us, and Drift gives us the ability to screen them out first. Our representatives claim they are having excellent interactions with Drift and that they picked it up really quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Drift has been a reliable source of inbound leads for the past year or two, and it gives the sales organization some pre-qualified prospects to make those follow-up conversations much simpler. The options for targeting are limitless. It's excellent to be able to put up bots that bring in the appropriate team members. Additionally, I find the UI/UX to be quite intuitive. not to mention the eagerly anticipated Drift Video.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to save my extra expenses that could be spent on an email server which could be possible if they also offer this function. Most functions are already present, all that is required is a sync with Gmail. It is incredibly pricey, especially considering that we must pay for the beginning plan up front.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I strongly advise adopting Drift to improve your site's user experience. We employ technology to aid self-service for users, offer assistance and product information, and route qualified leads for live chat with sales representatives. We were able to identify our target consumers and provide important leads and VIP treatment thanks to the technology.
