For beginners it turns out to be very easy to handle all the functionalities that this effective software has. It is very precise in data extraction and the images can be digitized quite clearly. It has individual inboxes for users that make it easy to personalize workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far I have not found major disadvantages, however it would be interesting if it offered the option of integrating with more applications.

So far the only negative thing that I could notice is that the initial configuration can be difficult and it could not be used to its full potential.

It is easy to configure, with an excellent interface. Sharing documents is easy and fast. The workflow setup is relatively simple. This tool not only offers document capture, but also has a series of applications of interest necessary for the office, OCR allows us to obtain images and digitized forms that do not lose their quality. It integrates seamlessly with SalesForce and QuickBooks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dokmee is agile and efficient, although it lacks the option to perform smart searches on document elements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an excellent software to capture images and very useful for administrative work. It meets all the requirements we need to work with Microsoft Word, DWG, PDF, PNG, JPG files. I recommend it.
