What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It can be quickly and easily integrated into a variety of business applications including SAP, SalesForce, Quickbooks and MS Office. It is accessible from any computer with an Internet connection. It is low cost, offers many useful features. You can also edit documents from Dokmee, make changes to files, view previous versions, combine files, etc. The ability to scan documents in different formats such as PDF, TIFF or JPG.

I like uploading files in a more organized and easy to locate way, its extensive security features, such as: data encryption, two-factor authentication and personalized logins, the option to electronically sign documents is a great help and the ability to collaborate on shared documents with integrations like Microsoft Office and Google Sheets really beneficial.

If there’s one thing I’d like to see improved, it’s the mobile experience. While it works, navigating the interface on smaller screens can be a bit clunky, especially when you’re in the field and need quick access.
