The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
The high degree of customizability. We constantly need to make modifications with little to no notice because we have four separate union agreements. Dayforce is a great tool, and we like how the newer modules are getting easier to use and configure. Ceridian's implementation team is wise; they listen to your business needs and develop innovative solutions to suit those needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The system works perfectly. It works well for individuals who use it frequently, such as HR, payroll, and some managers. Dayforce has a simple, well-designed user interface. During auditing periods, personnel data and document management are easily managed and referenced, allowing for an accurate representation of the organization chart. Ceridian Dayforce has advanced human capital management capabilities that help to keep the employees happy, productive, and successful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Manual data entry might be time-consuming in some cases. The reporting features are poor and do not provide as much information as we would prefer. Hotfixes can sometimes create serious issues. Because Ceridian does not manage tax accounts, this must be done in-house. It can be challenging to manage the reporting process at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dayforce is a live, simple system that consistently calculates and produces data, resulting in the most accurate outcomes. It's a fantastic HRIS system. Ceridian delivers excellent customer service, but when they hire a third party to complete the implementation, the experience and timing of the performance suffer.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Their INSIGHTS conference has always been fantastic, and the XOXO program is one of our favorites. Ceridian Dayforce provides advanced human capital management tools that help us keep the staff happy and productive. And more successful, which has a direct impact on the bottom line. Ceridian Dayforce helps us in submitting development increases.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We are very user-friendly, we have an excellent support POD, and we were able to recoup the cost if the deployment was completed in less than a year, owing to human resources savings. Their function that allows you to take time off from work and organize your time is user-friendly. Users will find the mobile app to be simple to use. The enrollment function for benefits works better than planned.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface isn't as user-friendly as it could be. For example, the data entry field is frequently hidden until users move their mouse over it. Unskilled users may wait for the block to open, give up, or contact support because it says to enter, but there is no place to do so.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
High cost, headcount, and time savings. As other payroll systems required more work, processing payroll was a weekly exercise in collective breath-holding. It's a pleasure to work with Ceridian Dayforce. Everyone we've come into contact with is knowledgeable and ready to collaborate to solve worker issues.
