Great fit product for 6000 person company!

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

Full suite ownership of software and services. This provides clear accountability for product support and ownership from Ceridian. Additionally I believe their customer success model is superior to others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dayforce Wallet allowing our employees to cash out wages in real time. It has been a game changer for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting design can be a bit clunky compared to other products. Your report writers need to be a bit more technically focused on data architecture vs. wizzy wig editors I have seen in other tools. Dynamic position and org chart management is also a bit lacking, but is in the immediate roadmap for 2021

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure you understand the product fully. Have your policies and procedures well thought out or be clear about what areas need to be refined. This will ensure the most efficient implementation process.
