What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

Dayforce is an all in one solution, and as time goes on the different modules interact with each other better and better. The employee experience is one of the best- it is engaging and easy to use even for the most un-tech savvy staff.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how everything is in one place, and after a learning curve, it is easily managed. I love how they keep adding features and functionality. Benefits administration, and Open Enrollment specifically are very easy to use on both the administrative side and the employee side.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support could use some work. TIckets will sometimes sit for long periods of time with no activity, and in some cases quite a lot of time is wasted on Zoom calls explaining and re-explaining the same issue over and over. Some issues that should be easy fixes for support are often referred to billable projects.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ceridian needs to hire more support staff so they are not stretched so thin. They should also make their defect list available to customers. Time is wasted opening tickets, and having support research tickets for sometimes weeks to find out that the issue was already a known bug. Ceridian also needs to make the gender field configurable as many states/countries recognize non-binary as a legal gender.

Easy tracking of employees and assigning them tasks. Great tool to analyze employee performance.

It has value for money The payroll processing time is amazing

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be challenging to use at first. However, it gets easy with time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sincerely, the software has really assisted the company in managing the HR function. It has a high ROI and I highly recommend it to small, medium, and large organizations.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

We have audit reports that we use in Ceridian Dayforce that are already built into the system, which I run on every payroll. They point out problems that can be corrected before the end of the week. And I still manage to have payroll efficiency because of its ability to run payroll and tax records at any time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ceridian reduced my payroll processing time by 40%, allowing me more time to audit my work. Because it is a user-friendly system with constant system updates and an excellent interface, the workflows reduce the number of face-to-face interactions and allow employees easy access to the information in this software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It should have an automatic update mode every time an update is available and not be manual. Also for security protection they require several verification methods, but it is annoying to have to constantly enter a security code that is sent to you by text message.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For us it is much more feasible to use Ceridian Dayforce software that quickly accommodates more data entered into the system and perform multiple functions. It is ideal for a company in its initial growth phase, Dayforce suits the needs of consolidating its complicated organizational structures and unique salary schemes that may have difficulties.
