What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

The ability to perform all HR, benefits and payroll functions in one system is great. It also integrates well with other systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The report writing feature is great, as it enables the users to perform advanced analytics easily. The ability to create custom forms is also very useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The system is very vast as it has a lot of feature. Hence, one has to attend training to learn how to navigate. The search bar is also not very helpful in finding tasks within the system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It would be nice to engage someone with IT skills to use Dayforce. It contains several aspects like report writing, form building and more, which require computer programming knowledge. Workflow design, People management etc. are very helpful features but requires a lot of setup at the back end (creating workflows, creating roles, enabling access). The Dayforce community is very helpful in learning the system.
