Ceridian Dayforce resolves time management issues

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

This application shortens the time it takes to switch from one application to another. I no longer require the use of a physical time clock. The application allows me to request time off directly. We have saved a lot of time by allowing employees to fill out their own profiles instead of manually filling out their profiles. Employee time and attendance, as well as requests for time off. It is preferable to have a system keep track of this rather than an access database.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like best about this software is how simple and intuitive it is to use. Dayforce virtual assistant is extremely beneficial, particularly if you are new to the platform. With this platform, employee scheduling, including part-time employees, becomes much more organised. I like the employee progress page and the ability to use questionnaires to help retain employees. It's simple to use and helps me keep track of my time at work. It also allows me to request time off.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like how it occasionally logs me out of the system after a few minutes. It occasionally goes down for extended periods of time with no explanation. When this occurs, it affects both our stores and our in-office users. It is usually quickly resolved. Customer service support costs can be prohibitively expensive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dayforce virtual assistant is extremely beneficial, particularly if you are new to the platform. The most significant impact on our company has been the ease of use and automation. This makes it simple to request time off or check your benefits. It's very convenient to have everything in one place.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

Ceridian Dayforce offers us many benefits, such as managing our workforce, increasing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with labour laws, which are becoming more complex as time goes on. Aside from streamlining processes, lowering errors, and improving compliance, this technology has also eliminated the need for onerous data hookups, which has simplified operations and reduced errors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy access for end-user employees from any location. This application has received increasing attention from people responsible for programming such applications because it is simple to configure and navigate and offers a wealth of features for a population of highly mobile personnel. Ceridian Dayforce has allowed us to create a formal, unified database for all our employees, streamlining processes and improving.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It took a long time and was expensive to implement. Absence of integrations I wonder if we were the only ones who experienced this problem, but because the implementation took so long, processing took place in two systems for a month. There may be more responsiveness and speed. Reports might be made better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The fact that it has a talent management system sets it apart from competing tools. As a result of the employees' expertise and the system's simplicity, the implementation was as smooth as possible. Most of this information can be reported on, and we can provide that information to our Executives and others as needed.
