What differentiates CleverTap from other similar products?

Clevertap was good as a tool to send out communications and pretty standard in terms of features offered

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The easy campaign creation and the delivery is good

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customer support was worst, no one takes ownership and after things go wrong they simply apologise

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Kindly do the POC and make sure to inform the clevertap team about the repercussions of lack in appropriate service

The customer support is the worst, also there are technical issues a lot of times

There are better options available in market, but if you're looking for cost effective alternative you may consider getting with Clevertap
