What differentiates CallTrackingMetrics from other similar products?
The reporting capabilities are better with Call Metrics than the competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Buying new numbers is really easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Configuring the new numbers can be a challenge, to make sure I get all of the settings right. We have a hard time getting the call whisper system to work with our phone system which has an auto attendant. We have to set the call whisper delay to a set number of seconds. I wish the system would recognize when a human voice answered and have the call whisper go then.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
make sure you understand all of the configuration and settings that you need to have the numbers set up the way you want.

I've enjoyed CTM although it was a little overwhelming to use at first.
