What differentiates CallTrackingMetrics from other similar products?
I haven't used other products, so I'm not sure. But I am impressed at the amount of new product innovations they launch regularly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate that the UI hasn't changed a lot since I'm used to it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Also, the UI (haha). it's not good, but now that I've learned it, I can use it. It just seems way too complex and that it needs a serious restructuring.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use their support. They are great on the phones.

What differentiates CallTrackingMetrics from other similar products?
CallTrackingMetrics provides transcription service which is most of the time 90% correct and on the other hand other softwares have not ben able to do that.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration with Google Ads. We have been tracking conversions of google ads accounts' with the help of CTM
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes, seeing so much information on the screen makes you wonder how could you hide the irrelevant information
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is highly recommended to anyone looking for a solution of call tracking. It has endless features and moreover, it is not expensive compared to other tools. You can get the transcripts, track conversions, review performance of users and give feedback. It is 10/10
