Mostly its combination of flexibility and features. it combines call tracking, recoding, analytics and CRM integration all in one platform. The customizable tracking numbers and reporting features allow to specific campaigns and goals

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its detailed call analytics and reporting. it gives insights on which campaigns gives good results in terms of ROI.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the platform is powerful, its not easy to use at first. Some users needed extra training to fully understand the features. The pricing can get high if you are using multiple tracking numbers or need advanced features. If you do not have prior experience, the initial setup can be a bit overwhelming. it takes time.
