What differentiates CallTrackingMetrics from other similar products?

I work for a digital marketing agency and one of the most important things I need is easy integrations with paid ads platforms and the confidence that the data coming through to those platforms is accurate. I feel confident in saying that CTM fulfills those needs better than any other call tracking software I have used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I'm a huge fan of the ease of use of this product. It is very intuitive and if I ever do have questions on how to complete a task within the platform there are great help articles and the support team has been a huge help.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think it is the double-edged sword of CTM being innovative. As they move into new features of their platform there is a bit of a learning curve to any new change which takes time on my part and pulls me away from my clients but it is a pretty quick learning period.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I've worked with mid-level and enterprise-level clients and CTM fulfills all of our needs. If you have 1 number you are tracking or 50 this can work for you. I would recommend running through some of their initial tutorials just to get familiar with the platform initially but after that, you will feel so satisfied with your setup you will never want to leave.

What differentiates CallTrackingMetrics from other similar products?

The Customer Support. It's always top-notch, and they've helped us out time and again.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The relative layout once you take the time to understand it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Have to be careful of infinite text-notification loops. Otherwise, one could create a positive feedback loop that charges thousands and thousands of dollars in calls in a short amount of time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's not the most popular one out there but the value can't be beaten. It's simple, it works, and the entire time is reliable to a T.
