Amazon WorkSpaces can provision either Windows or Linux desktops in just a few minutes and quickly scale to provide thousands of desktops to workers across the globe. What differentiates Amazon WorkSpaces from other similar products?

Amazon workspace provides a secure and development friendly environment prefered by many large companies. It acts as a medium between the user and the developer to interact with each other directly and as a result it meets all the necessary requirements. Amazon workspace provides us a seperate cloud storage to store all the confidential files and reduce the dependencies on other storage spaces. We can access our files through AWS in multiple systems using log in credentials.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It can be customized so perfectly for a thin client PC or mobile Reliability and support are 10++

What do you dislike most about this product?

Amazon Workspaces most of the times has audio integration issues. Sometimes the Amazon Workspace goes to unhealthy state all of a sudden and the Workspace won't be available for login.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A good option if you are using a cloud-based Virtual desktop. You can customize the workspace based on our needs. The only problem is the connectivity to the workspace if you are using the web version to connect the workspace. WAN can be used to connect workspace with better performance.

A good worspace, but needs work

What differentiates Amazon WorkSpaces from other similar products?

AWS is more versatile across devices and isn't limited like other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The security is amazing. Sometimes I forget to delete notes, of files and at the end of each shift, once i log out I can leave at ease knowing there is no data breach. Next, I enjoy the fact how you are able to easily access other applications/settings on the AWS pull down bar for faster naviatgation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The loading is tideous, even with a hardwired connection. There's also issues at times with the mute buttom (microphone icon) that doesn't show up in full screen. Some days t will show, some days it doesn't. Once the software does load, it's still has alot of latency.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall it's a decent software, as an end of user individual I wouldn't recommend it as a VPN if you are attempting to improve customer and employee satisfaction.
