A great payroll software and easy to use

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

With the help of ADP, the lms can mechanically enable new hiring and deactivate departing personnel. Because of this, enrollment can occur automatically and rapidly, without the need for any human intervention.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Every time there is an update, I find myself trying to figure out how to get up to speed on all the new features. Many of the improvements make it simpler to carry out the process, which is a major upside. Everything syncs up and runs smoothly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Appliication for the Apple iPhone by ADP Before you can access the LMS's secure browser, you'll need to log in twice: first on the ADP mobile app and again on the ADP browser. There appears to be several problems with ADP, such as downtimes and the homepage appearing for only some users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We fixed an issue where certain workers' home screens weren't displaying the page's content (including its links) as expected. There has been no improvement in the company's performance.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

It has never been simpler to manage our employees, and ADP Workforce Now gives us the tools we need to do more than just track HR data and make data-driven choices. Additionally, we may add the capabilities we require as we expand. Equip all levels of our firm with the resources and talents needed to give business executives, managers, and employees an enjoyable experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Instead of using a time clock, our staff sign in using their phones. They can also use their phones to request time off. Additionally, we have been doing policy affirmations in ADP for a while. The timestamp function is useful for tracking who hasn't finished the acknowledgement so that we may send email reminders to them. We can access historical data in ADP to view past salaries or other information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For its size and capabilities, ADP makes a variety of procedures for individuals and businesses with several company codes incredibly challenging. To move an employee to a different company code, for instance, the employee's employment must be terminated, a new position must be created in the new company code, and all benefit, election, and payroll codes, even direct payment, must be manually entered.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It serves as a comprehensive answer for your typical worker. However, it's not perfect at everything. Payroll is better handled by ADP, and ATS features are more of an inconvenience. When it comes to the timecard module, GPS is used to ensure that workers can only clock in when they are physically present. They can no longer clock in from their seat.
