What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
Unlike other email marketing solutions, ActiveCampaign offers more than just email marketing because it also includes automation and CRM features making it a comprehensive software for business especially for the marketing department.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Having used ActiveCampaign for a long time, I can say my favorite feature is the UI that is modern and easy to use The software is resourceful in that it offers lots of useful features With this software, we can save time and grow our business thanks to the competitive features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While using ActiveCampaign is easy, it takes time to master the many features and fully benefit from the tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can never go wrong with ActiveCampaign. It offers more than just email marketing features and it never disappoints. Besides, it also comes at a competitive cost.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
Unlike other email marketing software we've tried, Active Campaign is the only solution we've found that includes everything we're looking for in an email marketing platform, specifically ease of use, intuitive, detailed reporting, list segmentation, and enhanced automation features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Hands down, Active Campaign's email automation functionality is our favorite aspect of the product!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes, knowing where to click to find what you're looking for (such as reporting) can be a little confusing and cumbersome. But, Active Campaign's support team is always at the ready to help us via live chat whenever we have a problem.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider what goals you're looking to achieve with your email marketing — if increasing sales, nurturing your community, and setting-and-forgetting automation features are important to you, give Active Campaign a try. You won't be disappointed.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
It has more features that i needed and it is easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Campaigns and CRM. These are the most i use and easy to follow up in the observation how my last work impacted those who are getting emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My emails is marked as promotion or even spam and this is what i am most unheappy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To have clear strategy what you want goal you want to reach and prepare with the features AC has and what amount of them will be useful for your business.
