What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I always assumed that ActiveCampaign would be out of my price range as a newer company owner, but that was not the case until I decided to give it a shot. Not only was there a reasonable pricing point that suited my company, but the customer support manager who was assigned to me treated me as if I were a high-priced consumer. I've discovered new methods to engage my email list and gain more subscribers while utilizing it for the past six months. It's simple to use, offers fantastic choices even on the basic subscription, and provides a wealth of information on expanding your mailing list.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Active Campaign may be a massive learning curve as you gain a grasp on the various ways you can configure the system to fit your needs. You are not using every item, just like you don't have to use every tool, but it might be difficult to determine which ones to prioritize first in order to generate momentum for your business.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I looked at numerous systems and found that none of them provided all we needed, however, ActiveCampaign came closest. The reality is that the free induction and continuing assistance are so fantastic. This process has been incredible. Obviously, it depends on your demands and which platform meets the most of them, but if you're looking for something simple to set up and use but is also strong and has a number of advantages. Active Campaign is fantastic!

We're better than ever at keeping track of how many leads we're generating. Using lead magnets and event pages, we've connected our sites to collect that information effortlessly. It's great to have all of our advertising and marketing data in one place, rather than in separate silos. When it comes to nurturing our audience and keeping them involved with our products, activities, conferences, and offers, the Email Automation capabilities in AC have been by far the most effective tool we have. Using diverse campaigns, I've been able to further diversify my email list and connect my audience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a young business owner, I always assumed that ActiveCampaign would be beyond my grasp until I decided to give it a try. As a bonus, I was treated like a VIP by the customer care representative assigned to me. With its help, I've discovered new methods to engage my email list and get additional subscribers. Active Campaign's automation is fantastic. Whenever someone attends an event, downloads a report, or starts a project, we've set up automatic sequences to be sent to them. There are a lot of useful features, even in the basic plan, as well as a lot of advice on how to expand your email list.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the landing page and email templates aren't bad, they might use a facelift. As a result, the emails are not optimized for mobile devices even though I've selected mobile optimization. I wish it was easier to drag and drop. Using the automation feature requires a little bit of practice. Many of the resources are not being used by me, primarily due to my lack of time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're sincere about your organization, I'd advise ActiveCampaign to you. Its integrated CRM databases and market positioning are quite strong, and there's a high degree of automation possible. Some of the other platforms could be a better fit if you're looking for basic automated mailings like newsletters but ActiveCampaign should be on your selection if you want to utilize data types, forms, and data to segment customers dynamically and send consumers along bespoke pathways.
