ActiveCampaign is really beneficial to me and my company. Email creation, automated email responses, sign-up forms, landing pages, and much more are all possible. It's quite simple to use. Sometimes when the text editor performs only a portion of what I want, I have to fiddle with the settings to get the texts to the size, font, and color I want.

I definitely suggest ActiveCampaign to anyone who wishes to send emails, especially trainers and entrepreneurs who have to be consistent with their marketing and branding efforts. We switched to Active Campaign because of the price difference. Active Campaign is far less expensive and includes all of the key features that you'll need to put up solid marketing automation and customer service system.

We're always seeking to find better ways to deliver our message in front of the right people at the right time at my organization. We can do that with ease due to the ActiveCampaign.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mobile connectivity is limited, which is to be expected. When we do automation with hundreds of steps, then we will have to browse a lot to have all of them that irritate me. I've accidentally deleted all of a campaign's material while working on a laptop without a PC, and there's no undo or last saved version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it comes to an ActiveCampaign, you must have realistic expectations. It's an effective and easy application. The active campaign, unlike the previous platform I was using, does not have an e-commerce platform, but it does integrate with a variety of them. I like the aspect that two-way SMS is possible due to the extensive integration with SalesMsg and that the discussions are saved in the contact record.

I’ve researched and tried variety of email marketing platforms, and i selected ActiveCampaign owing to its accessibility and quality. ActiveCampaign offers all the options i would like to automate my client experience and send regular marketing emails to my followers. I appreciate the simplicity of the e-mail templates and have had sensible results with deliverability. I love however the content is so organized. The teachings are clear and concise, it includes videos, quizzes, and includes a discussion board wherever you’ll check with alternative professionals in the trade and their best tips for success.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love their campaign mode as you’ll do plenty during this mode and interact your customers. You’ll build workflows as per your wants and building workflows is incredibly easy. I simply took a 2-hour course within the ActiveCampaign Courses Library and i was sensible to go with building campaigns and workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike how some aspects of the software system are a touch disjointed. For example, once I edit a form I want I could edit it within the same space. I conjointly wish there was a way to favorite automation, so I don’t need to click through pages to search out the automation I consult the most.
