What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ActiveCampaign's strong suit is the flexibility it affords you in terms of both integrations and automations. The visual interface for dragging and dropping conditions, triggers, and actions makes it great for newcomers. After trying several different options, I can say that ActiveCampaign is the best one for newbies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasionally, the ActiveCampaign interface will become unresponsive. It's cumbersome to wait for ads to load and to move between pages. Campaign and automation reports are good for newcomers but lack more sophisticated analysis and might benefit from more detail.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software is a fantastic resource for streamlining your advertising efforts, thus I strongly advise you to use it. Very user-friendly, it streamlines the process of setting up, running, and analyzing a wide variety of different types of campaigns. You can use their robust analytics to monitor the efficacy of your campaigns and set up automated emails and list building.

In general, ActiveCampaign is fantastic. Among the various commercial email solutions we've tried, ActiveCampaign stands out as the most innovative and user-friendly. The platform's comprehensive organization into straightforward menus makes using it a breeze.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's useful for keeping tabs on sales leads and projects, which I'm keeping track of. When I have a conversation with a client, I make a note of it under their profile so that everything is in one place. It's convenient because I can also utilize it for marketing through email.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of my automated features were functioning at one point, but suddenly stopped. The system looks a bit complex to use. Finally, I just gave up and switched them off.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Having a centralized location to communicate with potential and existing customers. Making manageable lists to store leads and associated data. Email marketing is simplified with editable designs and premade templates.

Everything has been fantastic thus far! Our primary motivation for choosing AC over competing email marketing software was access to its more sophisticated capabilities, which we are just now beginning to exploit.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sending email campaigns is a breeze with AC's reliable layout. Price-wise, it's not too bad compared to similar platforms, and the automations provide a lot of potent hidden tools for dividing apart leads and connections. Landing page connections and integrations are two of its many strong points.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's less user-friendly than, example, Mailchimp's email designer, but everything you need is there; it just takes more time to find what you're looking for, make sure everything works, etc., and alter some of the more basic email settings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ActiveCampaign is ideal for solo traders through to medium-sized enterprises who want control and oversight of all their email communications in one user-friendly platform. I love being able to design quick, effective email campaigns that I trust to go out on time as scheduled, with little to no technical expertise needed. The ability to track how each campaign performs gives me all the data I need to adapt my marketing strategy and test different approaches. It's the one tool in my business that I never question the value of. I have my entire client base at my fingertips.
