We highly suggest this product due to its efficiency and ease of use. By utilizing its cutting-edge features, we are able to create enticing sign-up forms, web pages, and email layouts. We can easily afford the plans and are at ease with them. We can easily collect leads, move contacts, and manage everyone in one central location, plus we can easily automate and send out daily bulk emails. When our favorite applications are integrated into our workflow, it allows for greater freedom and convenience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

After years of using Mailchimp, I made the transition to ActiveCampaign so that I could learn more about my contacts and engage with them in a more meaningful, tailored way. ActiveCampaign met my requirements for an email service provider while also providing me with much more in the way of customer experience automation. I like how intuitive the interface is and how comprehensive the features are. As I continue to work with it, I am able to acquire more knowledge and proficiency. What do you dislike most about this product?

To tell you the truth, there is an element of fear involved. While I was debating whether or not to make the transfer, the sheer versatility of ActiveCampaign gave me pause. Well, this is going to take a long time to understand, and it's annoying to have to figure out yet another piece of software. On the encouragement of my entrepreneurial friends and associates, I decided to give it a shot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ActiveCampaign works very well for the cost for small and developing organizations who want to gain all the essential features of sales and marketing automation. To obtain all you need from it can be a bit of a hassle, but I have yet to do anything that I couldn't accomplish in the end. There are perhaps better options for teams that are larger or that have more extensive marketing databases.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sending email campaigns is a breeze with AC's reliable layout. Price-wise, it's not too bad compared to similar platforms, and the automations provide a lot of potent hidden tools for dividing apart leads and connections. Landing page connections and integrations are two of its many strong points.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's less user-friendly than, example, Mailchimp's email designer, but everything you need is there; it just takes more time to find what you're looking for, make sure everything works, etc., and alter some of the more basic email settings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ActiveCampaign is ideal for solo traders through to medium-sized enterprises who want control and oversight of all their email communications in one user-friendly platform. I love being able to design quick, effective email campaigns that I trust to go out on time as scheduled, with little to no technical expertise needed. The ability to track how each campaign performs gives me all the data I need to adapt my marketing strategy and test different approaches. It's the one tool in my business that I never question the value of. I have my entire client base at my fingertips.

I really appreciate how much is included in the active campaign for how little it costs. Competition is expensive and limited in scope. There weren't enough lessons when I bought it a year ago to address all my issues, and getting a response from tech support can take a few days.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One potential negative is that the user interface may seem complicated or intimidating to someone who is unfamiliar with automations or a customer relationship management system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since ActiveCampaign's pipeline monitoring is compatible with our sales funnel, we can easily integrate video content into our email newsletters and promotions. Migrating from our previous CRM was a breeze, and mass editing of contacts has been a breeze as well.
