What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

Act-On was my choice because of its simplicity of use, its straightforward design, and its stats.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a result of Act-ability On's to segment your client list, your open and click-through rates will rise as a result. It's also a plus because creating an automated software is so straightforward.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The layout of the email is satisfactory, but I really hope that in the future it will be simpler to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I wish their chat support crew was available around the clock, rather than only during certain hours of the day.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

I think ActOn separates itself from others competitors because it is so easy to build high quality emails with little or no formal training. This software gives you the power to create Automated Campaigns, Surveys, and Landing Pages in one complete package. I really like the fact that we can incorporate images, links and video seamlessly. The reporting is also very good with ActOn. We get a clear picture of engagement with ActOn's reporting. Currently we are conducting a salesforce integration and finding the support to be excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the speed to market with ActOn. In our business, we need to send alerts and product messages to our customer base with very short notice. ActOn allows our team to develop emails, landing pages and or surveys for same day sends. This is critically important because it allows us to be responsive to both our customers' needs and our company's goals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I really dislike, but I think that ActOn has the opportunity to enhance their landing page reporting. I also think they have the opportunity to increase the ability to manage folders better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely get your hands on this software when you are looking for an electronic marketing product. You will be pleasantly suprised at how easy it is to develop, review and send professional communications to your customer base. Put ActOn to the test and if you can't get the result you desire, I am sure there customer service team will be able to help you.

One of the few programs that integrates with Microsoft Dynamics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tracks visitor's behavior and translates it into a scoring model

What do you dislike most about this product?

Accessing the information gathered wasn't easy enough, so it got ignored more often than not.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The program was more of a marketing set of features with some sales features added on. It felt like the sales functionality was just an afterthought.
