What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
Accelo is affordable software. Unlike CMap, Accelo integrates perfectly with Xero, this allows us to synchronize billing and payment data of our clients. The connection with JIRA is transparent, it allows us to transfer support ticket problems to our team to solve any problem that may arise.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to collaborate and collect feedback in Accelo is unique. It offers impressive features like trading reports, analytics and seamless data visualization. It integrates with payment platforms, social networks, etc., such as Xero, Jira, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Power BI, PayPal, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Stripe, Twitter, among others.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like the customer portal you need, it's lacking.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Accelo is effective, I recommend implementing it as a CRM and support tool as it is incredibly flexible, customizable. Its integration with Xero is seamless for most of your company's billing and payment data.

My overall experience is very good. This helped us to create a centralized system for different departments and eliminate the loss of data.

It is super easy to use this tool, you don't need to see any demo or any kind of training required to use this platform. The saves a lot of time. This is a perfect tool for teamwork.
