The gold standard for efficient lead generation

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
The intent, news and scoops features are particularly useful in finding new businesses at just the right time. Obviously the lead generation is incredibly accurate and efficient too.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The speed and efficiency of the chrome extension. I'm often fairly focused on SalesNavigator and ZoomInfo easily fit into my workflow
What do you dislike most about this product?
Smaller accounts without information are difficult to find data on whereas perhaps a RocketReach or Lusha would make a prediction. I also wish there was an ability to customise the order of CSV exports and build the sheet from inside ZoomInfo
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A huge step up from the chrome extension headache. A strong and reliable source of data, easy to access and use. A true gold standard for lead generation.

What do you dislike most about this product?
The e-mail updates or notifications can be hard to digest and link sharing within the application is difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider your use cases and reach out to others with the application in use. I am sure you will find positives of it, but at the end of the day no product is for everyone. With that being said, ZoomInfo is top of it's class for sure.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?
Easy to use and locate the exact criteria needed to prospect and identify targets that met our solution personas.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Scoops. Hands down. By putting in a few keywords, internet search intent is harvested and surfaced when there's a project being researched before a purchase. We can then take that intent score and leverage it into our account based marketing techniques to put our solutions in front of the prospective customer as they go about their research. We found that we almost always got invited to evaluations and we attribute it to this feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI needs a refresh. Seems dated. Still powerful. Also the credits redemption for list downloads can prevent users from confidently researching a large batch of target personas.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your homework. Seriously dig into how using Scoops into an integrated sales & marketing process. If done simply without over engineering the process, it can be a game changer.
