What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

Zoominfo's compendium of contact information is certainly unmatched out of the 10-15 products I've personally tried. The quantity doesn't come with the sacrifice of quality, though, since I found over 95% of the information to be accurate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The multivariate filtering was well done, allowing one to narrow down leads as per requirement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost is certainly among the highest, owing to the quality of the product - hence I'd only recommend it to teams who really need it. I also found the monthly limit of 2000 contacts to be inconvenient in multiple instances.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I can highly recommend it over most similar products on the market. Another one that comes close is RocketReach but from what I found their database is fairly parallel to Linkedin - while Zoominfo's functions on its own. If pricing is not a huge issue, I can certainly recommend Zoominfo.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

ZoomInfo has the capability of pulling reports for contacts and accounts and aligning those records in a simplified way. The tool has the unique capability to match records for accounts and contacts outside of the software simply by providing and prospect's name or an account name which is a big time saver.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of ZoomInfo is the flexibility of the platform. The software is very agile in the way it can be manipulated. There are various filters and integrations that exist with other lead generation and sales tools that exist, such as: Outreach, Salesforce, and Marketo for example.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are times when the tool can be a bit clunky when or unresponsive. The UI on the contact records or the accounts will lag when being loaded or not load at all which can oftentimes be frustrating. The same goes for the Google widget, ReachOut which appears to mimic a lot of these same UI challenges.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a sales organization and you are currently using a manual or ineffective process ZoomInfo can definitely help your program become more efficient. Your sales people will be able to utilize the tool to pull contact records simply into your CRM or into their prospecting tool. This tool has saved me countless hours of time from having to do the same processes manually - and it can and will do the same for your business as well.

The range of features offered on one platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it can be used as an all-in-one solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd prefer it if it were possible to sync more ZoomInfo properties with our CRM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Triple check that no features are missing from your contract. We had to add one which the sales person missed and had to pay twice as much for half the service because we were no longer a 'new' customer.
