What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

Zoominfo has the ability to give you a company hierarchy of the organization you are interested in finding leads for. The breakdown helps you get a clear picture of the organization from c-level execs to directors and analysts. By having this information you can go wide on an account and have clear insight into the stakeholders needed for every opportunity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really appreciate the ability to sync with salesforce and outreach. This makes it very easy to actually reach out to the prospect right away in a very organized and efficient way. They also have different kinds of integrations with other platforms that you may use outside of salesforce and outreach such as Hubspot and SalesLoft.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I sometimes find the app extension to always refresh over and over so there are some bugs that can be fixed. Not sure if it's because of the LinkedIn profile I am on or issues on my device/browser.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Attend the webinar and trainings! They are incredibly thorough and helpful. There are incredible features on the platform that will make prospecting amazing such as list enhancement that fills in the blanks for what you need.
