What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

I haven't had the pleasure of using competitive software, but I know they do exist. Based on conversations that I've had with colleagues who have used other software, ZoomInfo has the best understanding of how sales and marketing work and curated solutions for them. With a few exceptions, ZoomInfo SalesOS has the majority of the functionalities you'll need to get a headstart in prospecting and marketing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The seamless integration with the rest of our IT stack.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The "My Feed" on the homepage. I've tried countless ways to personalize it but to no avail. It defaults to a particular setting and has nothing to do with my account list or saved searches.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use ZoomInfo SalesOS to its fullest capacity. At face value, it's a simple tool. However, with so many features and add-on solutions, you could easily replace many of your current tools and have them all in one place.

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

ZoomInfo has the widest and most accurate database on the market. It's by no means perfect, however every competitor I've every tried hasn't even been close in terms of database size/accuracy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is how quickly and easy I get all the contact information I need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I dislike is the price. Again, being the #1 in the market, they set the bar for what they want, there's no REAL alternative....

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure it's in your budget and have a clear plan to go to market with to make the most of the service.
