This has a complex user interface and numerous capabilities in the Zoho Office Suite, which are quite beneficial for me. It has a lot of specialties in real-time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The process of creating the folders is simple and seamless. Out of thousands of different files, I can search the desired files that I want using this innovative search feature; this works quickly. I can manage thousands of files easily online on the cloud. I have created the video, audio, text, and sales folders for all my different file needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The formulas and shortcuts I use when working on Zoho Sheet and Zoho Writer are helpful but challenging to remember. I dislike this feature only; the rest of the platform is excellent and functions well for me. It moves slowly when two or more users use spreadsheets on the cloud.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy file sharing between team members using a user-friendly web or mobile application without the need to send emails with attachments. Comparing prices for similar products reveals competitive pricing. The software is secure and dependable. It has quick search functionality and the ability to view files. Any document can be stored, and you can contact the team in case of a problem.

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?

I can view all the papers we need to access throughout the organization in one location, in particular. All of the marketing, accounting, and other departmental files are located here and should be accessible to all users. I may also access all of the company's confidential documents, personal files, etc. here.

The program Zoho Work Drive is quite helpful for keeping track of papers or any other work files and sharing them with your team so that they are always readily accessible. The most helpful feature of Zoho Sheet is what I use every day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The one aspect of Zoho Drive that I did not appreciate was its hefty price. Apart from that, I enjoyed utilizing all of the features.

Zoho WorkDrive is beating all other cloud storage vendors in the market. There a lot of nice features which attracts me as a customer. The very first attractive feature is "Ease of Use" because of the simplicity of this application. Every screen of this platform is neat and clean which helps to access all features in minimal clicks. You can create multiple Team folders project-wise or department-wise and also possible to grant higher permission to anyone for your created folders or files. This platform allows almost all document format. Renaming filename or folder name is very easy, even you can mark favourite a file.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

No doubt I am a big fan of Zoho Universe products. Zoho WorkDrive is one of the best tools in the market as a cloud-storage platform which is really helpful to work in real-time working because the synchronisation is well handled. This platform full fills my all expectation as a cloud-storage solution which has many more features like writer, sheet, show, etc. The search feature is also very fast and helpful to look within the entire storage. Integration with third-party applications and customisation is also very good and smooth. Especially integration with Zoho family suite product is really seamless and too much beneficial.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Why I would give any dislike if this application is working perfectly fine for me because I did not face any issue till now. Hence I have nothing to add here as dislike.

Zoho WorkDrive is one of the best cloud storage platfrom which is secure and robust. The best part of this platform is very easily adaptable for new users. In worst situation 24x7 technical support team is available for the help. They are 100% customer focused and impressive part is their customer care executive are very soft spoken and informative. First they understand issue and then provide solution in once short.
