No doubt, Zoho WorkDrive is a fantastic solution for online file management. It is basic, simple to utilise, and ready to enable you to make keen, information-based choices. We use Zoho WorkDrive during bug triage calls in real-time. It has many more features like writer, sheet, and show. It allows all members to edit, make changes, to see who is making any changes which mean changes tracking, etc. Search work well in filenames and even within files, and the search bar is straightforward and quick. Zoho WorkDrive belongs to the Zoho universe, so cost-wise also not much expensive. Technical support and service are also great that is helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho WorkDrive supports multi-platform desktop, Android applications, iOS applications, and even iPad/Tablets applications. Most of the time, I work on Tablets which is incredible for me. Especially I love the mobile/Tablets application of Zoho WorkDrive is one of the essential features. I have been using this for managing all my files, folders, and important documents and on the other hand for working with my team on a single sheet or file in real-time. I can get the spreadsheet, word documents, and PowerPoint as well, these all work online, and my team and I can work on the same sheet at the same time, and anyone can see the real-time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Rather than dislike, I would ask the Zoho team to improve. If the internet bandwidth is not so good, then I was not able to use it seamlessly. There should be some cache mechanism to improve performance on low internet bandwidth as well. I was not able to work effectively using the mobile app as a lot of Zoho Sheet formula is very hard to use. Rest all good for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am a big fan of the Zoho family which has a lot of products and the best thing is they are 100% customer-centric. So if anyone is looking for a cloud storage platform that has a strong security component then please go for Zoho WorkDrive at an affordable licensing price cost.

Zoho WorkDrive is part of the Zoho Universe and helps solve problems such as: high security, files and folder Sharing, cloud Access, selected sharing, track Changes Made. Also, users can create Team Folders with a particular users list.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho WorkDrive is an excellent way to share files and folders with team members. You can update or restore existing files. Also, you have the right to choose an audience that has access to your files and folder.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the Zoho WorkDrive is a great tool, it still has a wide range of improvements. Compared to products like OneDrive, ShareDrive, etc. Zoho WorkDrive is slow. The user interface is inconsistent, and as a result, the user is having problems accessing the files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho WorkDrive is a monetary product value. Also, an excellent tool for teamwork with the team is to improve efficiency. Users can choose Zoho WorkDrive and other Zoho products without any hesitation.

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?

It is surely a secure and safe account to put your worthy documents. The access and sharing is easy. Sharing files with team members now longer is limited only to Emails unless you are still very old school. You can send, edit, share and replace files. It's all in your hands now. You can also limit your audience by choosing who can see or not see your shared files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can share files not only with your chosen audience but also with your separate team members by making a use of Team folders option from there. There is a proper ease of usage of tags, the files that you share come with expiration date and locked password. It simply means that security is quite high and there is no compromise on it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sharing a folder with an external user or a client from the Team Members folder is just impossible. We really do appreciate their effort for security but it does come in ways sometimes and sharing files with clients outside office is quite hard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great platform when it comes to security and privacy of file sharing. It can cater the needs for small to medium size organizations very easily. You can totally rely on it. I would like to add that if you are already a Zoho user or if your company is, it would do so great to you guys because it can be easily integrated with them.
