What is Zoho WorkDrive?

Zoho WorkDrive is an online file storage, sync and collaboration platform for modern teams, small businesses and large enterprises. It introduces Team Folders, which enables teams of any size to work together securely like they're right beside you. Besides, you get the Zoho Office Suite Editors, and complete access stats at the team level and the team folder level. TeamDrive takes complete care of your mobility needs with the Android and iOS mobile apps and the desktop sync application.

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?

Zoho Docs has a variety of functions that guarantee optimal document cloud management, efficient collaborative work with group sharing of all content, and an excellent level of security with two-factor authentication. It allows you to keep files and documents well organized with the creation of folders and subfolders that makes it easy to quickly find the stored file. It offers a personalized document flow, adapted to our needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to use and the user interface is nice. Syncing from the desktop makes it easy to access your backed up files from anywhere. Collaborative work runs in real time with the help of document chat. It offers a good level of security, protecting files with user restrictions. It supports a wide variety of different files that can be uploaded and shared very easily. It integrates with a wide variety of platforms to improve our business processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When loading a high volume of documents the process slows down. User support must be more attentive in responding to user requirements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend your implementation of Zoho Docs for its efficient cloud document management tools. In addition, it has features that improve collaborative work and facilitate the use of its functions.

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?

It is an integrated service with all zoho services, which makes it a very different service from all the others and very efficient compared to the other services that have to be integrated in zoho, everything is already united in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

easy to use and integration with the main services that I use from zoho such as email and zoho sing between the crm is an integrated service

What do you dislike most about this product?

Despite being integrated into zoho services, it has a very old interface and a bit nice it needs to be restored immediately to make it look modern.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend to the zoho team that you get your hands on this storage service and do it like all the other zoho products one world quality that can compete with dropbox or google drive has a long way to go to this zoho application in the desktop version and the android

Zoho Docs is very reliable application when it comes to effectively managing your files in the cloud.Uploading of files is simple and fast.Its aslo able to support files of various formats and is able to have backup services.Sharing of files has been easier and in very secure way.
