What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?
Zoho Docs has rich features that help in the management , sharing of files across the organization. It provides a centralized location to store files and for easy access. It is accessible from any device as long as there is an internet connection. The pricing is affordable for organizations of different sizes and shapes. Support is excellent and very responsive. Bulk sharing of files makes it an exceptional cloud storage solution. Seamlessly integrates with other Zoho products. It is easy to use and keeps organizations organized and neat.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Docs gives you a great experience especially with the ease of accessing data from a centralized location. It allows the bulk upload of files at high speed ensuring all end users are saving time. Also, it offers free cloud storage of 5GB which is very sufficient for users who do not carry around flash drives. I like that it is still accessible even when offline making it a reliable cloud storage tool. Another thing about Zoho Docs is that it allows the creation of any type of file, spreadsheets, etc on any device like a laptop. tablet having them available for editing or access online. Overall it is an easy-to-use cloud storage tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing that could be improved is the user interface other than that it has great functionalities. It is a must-use tool for types of organizations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Zoho Docs for the rich features it provides at an affordable price. It is a secure cloud storage solution that provides a great user experience and ensures that collaboration is efficient. It supports smartphones so it comes in handy while you are away from the office or any device you are using like laptops or tablets.

The different and most relevant basic functions of this software are: Document storage and management. Online document editing in real time. Direct integration with document editing software such as: Sheet, Zoho Writer and Show
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like its extensive list of integrations, thanks to these, incorporating data with other applications is very simple. Direct integration with Zoho Sheet allows you to collect, organize, share, analyze data and collaborate in real time with my entire team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No negative feedback.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Implementing Zoho Docs is very easy. Its functions are excellent, with this software you can create, store and share documents of almost any format. Highlighting that it has two excellent basic functions such as the storage and editing of documents.

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?
I've never seen a cloud service upload this fast. Neither Dropbox nor Google Drive are that fast! It has a cloud file storage space, as well as a software package to create, edit and also share text documents, presentations and spreadsheets.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most is the possibility to browse by categories: documents, spreadsheets, presentations, photos, music and videos. In addition to "my", "shared for me" and "shared by me". In addition, it is possible to add tags to documents to facilitate their search and categorization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the things that I don't like about Zoho Docs is the lack of several languages like Portuguese, not all collaborators are fluent in English.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great app, let's download Zoho Docs and one of the best in its category, fast synchronization, access to 5GB of free storage. I recommend
