What is Zoho WorkDrive?

Zoho WorkDrive is an online file storage, sync and collaboration platform for modern teams, small businesses and large enterprises. It introduces Team Folders, which enables teams of any size to work together securely like they're right beside you. Besides, you get the Zoho Office Suite Editors, and complete access stats at the team level and the team folder level. TeamDrive takes complete care of your mobility needs with the Android and iOS mobile apps and the desktop sync application.

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?

Provides realtime statistics. You can share files and folders with people outside your organization. Built in productivity tool. Has mobile a d desktop apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

External sharing capability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost implication. Storage limitation and additional cost implication for additional storage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho is compliant with industry standards such as GDPR. Helps manage files and folders efficiently.

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?

I have already mentioned the same in my comments on the last page. It offers good services at a cost which is certainly has its metrits but at the same time, if one can use free services in case they are not looking at customization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's glitch free and its custiomer support. They are quick and helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not dislike but not sure if they can target all organisations, I think they are working for very limited users

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think one should definitely try Zoho services before making any decision
