What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
-Zoho Social does not have great analytics inbuilt but it integrates seamlessly with other applications from the Zoho Suite such as Zoho Analytics. - -Zoho Social has SmartQ AI scheduler that allows us to schedule our posts in advance. -Dedicated Content calendar showcases published and pipelined content over a monthly calendar, allows us to plan our engagement in advance.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho social is a smart & lightweight tool for managing organization's social media under a single umbrella. Smart scheduling and automation capabilities are available at an affordable pricing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
-It does not support WhatsApp business and Threads yet. -Posts having images are not automatically resized before posting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For small & medium businesses, this tool will be a great value add!

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
-Allows us to schedule the posts when the audience is most active. We can choose from best time predictions and create our own schedule using SmartQ. -Content calendar shows published and pipelined content over an actual monthly calendar, a great way to assess engagement & coverage. -Provides a 15 day trial. -Links with Zoho Analytics to provide detailed automated reports for each connected channel.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
AI integration in most workflows is a delightful experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
-No support for WhatsApp business yet. This is such a demerit considering most firms have now moved towards WhatsApp as a marketing platform. -Photos are not automatically resized before posting, this algorithm needs considerable improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho social is a one-stop application for managing entire social umbrella. Everything is taken care of ranging from posts, engagement & analytics. Completely satisfied with the results.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Zoho Social is an innovative program to manage social networks and where we can manage all the publications and have them controlled in an easy way. Because social networks are the ideal space for our brands, Zoho Social supports us with the effective management of them. I use this program to generate my posts, this offers certain preloaded post templates with which it is possible to generate high-capacity and captivating posts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The most outstanding feature is the publishing calendar, which is an attached calendar that displays an excellent view of all scheduled publications, in addition it also offers us the possibility to choose the date and time of the publications, and then we can comfortably edit the data and the span. So, this is what I like the most, on the other hand, I also like the diagnosis and dashboard of this platform that make it possible for us to understand the performance of the poet, we can see the reports that make it possible for us to understand what is good, and I also like the integration procedure with the popular third-party app.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The ability to collaborate is not up to par, when I try to send a message to a member of my staff to publish it, some colleagues do not link it and, occasionally, they do not, so this is the only thing I do not like about the social network.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This social network covers all aspects of social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. It is possible to plan posts with a simple program, this will save me time, also I possess the ability to plan the number of posts I want and Zoho Social's post schedule is simple to use, it will be possible for me to see all the planned posts and I have also been able to change the date/time in case it is necessary.
