What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
As a management tool is impeccable, intuitive and provides details that make it different from others, focuses on the analysis of different social networks and is able to provide accurate and detailed information on trends, insight that are very useful for the marketing group, this is reflected in the reports that break down the information in a simple way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Within the range of functions offered by this tool the most striking are the automated publication in my social networks that allows me to perform other tasks and take advantage of the time while the application does its work, also with the monitoring function I can analyze the hashtag trends and based on this deepen and optimize efforts with the marketing staff.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the simultaneity of social network accounts under the same session is not allowed, which limits in a certain way some of the publications to be made and delays them, maybe this is something to correct.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Perhaps this is one of the best applications for managing and monitoring our social networks, it is very useful to know what our regular and potential customers need, with the tools that Zoho Social provides it is very easy to know this information and guide efforts towards that target.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Zoho Social is a comprehensive corporate and agency social media management tool. It helps you plan articles, tracks comments, builds a personalized dashboard,s and much more. Zoho Social spends a considerable number of time on my company and brand while planning and preserving our digital presence. On Facebook and Twitter, we can plan material, and Instagram saved us a tonne of time. That was obvious when we prepared a program to showcase our brand's extra capabilities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The UI is really basic and tidy. With the interactions I noticed, I loved to see recent postings in a plain perspective. The monitoring and connecting features make it more simple than other networks to track your industry, brand, or critical subjects. Zoho Social is a wonderful platform I used to post on social networking sites of my firm. Without various channels, it enables publishing across all platforms simultaneously. Also provides insights into how the postings work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoho Social is generally an excellent product. It would be pricey if there was one aspect to note as unpleasant. Each operator's costs are significant for a small, individual business. At this time I don't get revenue from my company, therefore the price is a great stick to us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Social is a social media planner that is easy to use and provides all the tools needed to get started. The simplicity and ability to handle numerous social media platforms inside the platform is a definite winner. Zoho Social is undoubtedly one of the best platforms we assessed following trials by other social media schedulers. We are glad that Zoho Social will continue to use this platform for a long time to come. I highly recommend this tool for your social media management work.
