It not that dislike it but having to change password every 30 days can be irritating however i understand the benefits.

Go for Zoho its really is a quality platform, All the platforms on Zoho make matters easy, as it covers all aspects of your business journey.

It's very easy to use, also has a wide range of features which are very effective and detailed when compared to competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MAin features like Social reporting, sentiment analysis and competitor analysis reports are very detailed and more appealing. It is an amazing tool to make reports from.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer service s not up to the mark, eats a lot of time while onboarding the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Absolutely go for it. It is an emerging favorite of marketers.
