What differentiates Zoho Sign from other similar products?

It integrates seamlessly with my customer data. I don't have to duplicate entry. Data populates directly from my CRM and other data sources in a snap. Super easy to edit templates for Zoho Sign. Super easy to add signature fields. Notifications are awesome - know when your client views your contract.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Templates, e-signature fields, audit, security, digital signature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not a big deal, but I'd like to be able to edit the contract within the Sign tool instead of going out to the template, modifying it, and then recreating the Sign document.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Buy this product! Buy the Zoho One Suite! I tried other CRMs and they cost you SO much more compared to the value you get with Zoho One. It's insane! Zoho Sign alone saved me 30 minutes per contract I sent to clients.

User-Friendly Intuitive and easy-to-use, with drag and drop tools to build forms on a visual canvas-type workspace.

Mobile Ability to support multiple devices, OSes and platforms using mobile optimized, HTML-based web access and/or native applications.

Blockchain Timestamping Tool provides the means to publicly verify the signing of documents by publishing document signing events along with timestamps to a public blockchain.
