What differentiates Zoho Sign from other similar products?
One thing that makes Zoho Sign a step ahead of all other tools is its customization feature. This feature has made our agreements innovative and unique. Also, there are no limitations to the customization of multiple projects. Each one of our templates and materials has been tailored to suit our requirements.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What we like most about the product is its user-friendly interface. The software has tons of features, but everything is seamlessly accessible. Because of such handy tools, we could understand the application in no time. Now, the process of contracts has become fast and efficient for our organization. Moreover, Zoho Sign is reliable and safe due to its high security.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing we don't like about the tool, but it has some drawbacks that they should consider. The support system of the agency is lacking. Whenever we have attempted to get in touch with customer service, the response is late and uncooperative. Zoho Sign doesn't prioritize customer service and is notorious for delaying responding to inquiries.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
While using the tool for online contracts and digital signatures, try to get maximum benefits by creating and customizing the templates to your requirements. This platform lets us personalize as much as possible to meet the needs of different clients and vendors. The customization feature is unique, intuitive, and limited to the Zoho Sign software.

It's a user-friendly tool and if you need to send documents that receive multiple recipients, then you can set it up automatically here and it's a time saver option.

I actually have no dislikes as this product has worked well ever since deployment
