What differentiates Zoho Sign from other similar products?

Zoho sign helps in seeking approvals by the use of e-signatures which consist of the details of the user and the timestamp

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It cross verifies with the cloud data to ensure the signatures aren't tampered and it also notifies the users once the documents have been approved and signed

What do you dislike most about this product?

An option to include a signature on behalf of a team or a group would have been useful

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great way to digitize the entire approval process in such a way it also not tampered by third parties

Zoho Sign has the capability to insert e signatures to documents and distribute them to required destinations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform enables us to send well signed documents when ordering our products. It also ensures there is proper management of resources through proper documentation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any poor performance since we deployed this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Sign has been the main tool that ensures that there is proper signatures on our documents and resources are used as planned.
