What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?
Zoho Desk stands out with its comprehensive integration across Zoho's ecosystem, AI driven insight, automation features and customisable workflow. It's very easy to use and provide a platform to create insights using the statistics data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspects about Zoho is it's provides AI driven Insight, easy integration with different applications, Centralized approch, and easy manage and track projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is difficult for a new user and training required to work on this platform. It takes time to create customisable workflow and insights.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
learning is must if someone wants to work on zoho. There are many in built features that should be explored first. Practice how to integrate zoho with different applications.

Easy customer care with Zoho desk

What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?
It has an easy and friendly user interface with the best online ticketing which enables us to resolve issues.. Integrates with openAI which enables us respond to messages faster and also detects the nature of incoming tickets to give the appropriate response
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Helps us offer personal interaction for customers who have personal questions , they can submit tickets and track the progress of the tickets
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no dislikes so far with this software, it is all good for me currently, having the best experience
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It a good tool for offering customer support and care, both personal through ticketing and the help centre

What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?
Zoho Desk is easy to integrate with other social media tool like WhatsApp and Messenger at no extra cost,
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho Desk is easy to use and to implement as it support multiple channels like Twitter, Facebook and Whatsapp at an affordable rate. The tool supports multiple agents at single license and, I like the user interface of Zoho Desk
What do you dislike most about this product?
Setting up a knowledgebase within Zoho Desk is hard as the tool takes a lot of time to verify DNS records to use the custom URL. It is also time consuming to modify ticket templates
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend the tool because it is pricey and does support omnichannel communication
