Features vs price. You get more features for less amount - more value pr $
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The chat feature is simple to implement at our site, and also can be customized for our need. To have a support landing page with FAQ, and the easy to use ticket system, really helped our business use less time on support, and shift focus to what we do best, to sell.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like an archive ticket into folder system, like on emails, and hopefully they will implement this in future updates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get the Entreprise edition, because it includes all features.

What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?
It is its own and useful application for customer assistance so that it has collaborated in my work area in terms of the integration of those responsible for each specialty and clients in this sense, it has promoted commitment, responsibility and efficient communications between participants. It is convenient and favorable because it allows you to quickly follow up and assess customer requests, promote performance, self-help in customers, and unity of tasks among employees.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like this software for being supportive in the prototype testing process at each stage, useful to serve the client considering their requirements, the email service is favorable, an excellent way to keep me informed, clients send questions, opinions, advice on their requests, allows to identify the help tickets to argue or certify them, to make configuration modifications, also shows the characteristics, position, disposition, and condition of each ticket, allows adding and incorporating online support questionnaires for customers to enter structured data in the appropriate areas for reports or advice on service specifications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoho Desk is a virtuous application focused on the way that organizations can give correct and effective answers to their clients in a way that I have no objections to it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend this software for its ability and effectiveness to assist and solve customer questions, it is also the alternative to use as a management model for the entire organization, based on customer satisfaction or market orientation.
